S A Chandrasekar in a recent interview said about elaborately on the topic ” S A Chandrasekar Vijay relation with Jayalalitha and Karunanidhi”. “In 1985, Kalaignar (Karunanidhi) wrote dialogues for my film Neethikku Thandanai. I had associated with him for 3 of my movies for dialogues. Similarly ‘Amma’ (J Jayalalitha), called us to support her in the election when she was the opposition party leader. So we supported her. I have a 35 years friendship with Kalaignar (Karunanidhi), but I never called him as my leader, but always address as ‘anney’ (brother). I never shared a close relationship with any politicians and the only exception is Kalaignar, because he accepted me as a friend beyond politics ”
Our ‘Iyyakkam’ only supported Amma’ (J Jayalalitha), but we did not join the party. So we do not have any relation with AIADMK party or its symbol. Similary even today, I go, meet and sit next to Kalaignar (Karunanidhi), but I have not joined his party. Vijay and I met Amma’ (J Jayalalitha) to present a bouquet after she won the elections
