It was previously said that Vijay 62/Thalapathy 62 will be produced by Lyca Productions, but now it is confirmed that Sun Pictures will be producing Vijay 62/Thalapathy 62. The Budget of the film is expected to be a whooping amount and Like Kaththi – Thuppaki even Vijay 62 will have a Social Significance message.
Usually Vijay will do a mass masala movie followed by a class film. Now Vijay is doing two class film simultaneously including Mersal and Vijay 62/Thalapathy 62.
The shooting of Vijay 62/Thalapathy 62 will start on this October after Mersal Shooting completion. Sun Pictures are returning to production after seven years since their last world wide blockbuster ‘Enthiran’. Last time Sun Pictures using their cheap Politics bought Sura Movie and flopped it. Using their Political power Sun Pictures didn’t allow any other film producer to release or make a film. Finally when Jayalalitha become CM and stopped this cruelty of Sun Pictures.
